This transportation service is awesome service and top-notch vehicles. “On time” is an understatement, my driver was on site 10 mins prior to scheduled pick up time. My experience was comforting with professional service from curbside pick-up, to assisted entry into spotless luxurious vehicle, that also had a refreshing aroma, that welcomed me into the relaxing seat. Ride and conversation were smooth, effortless, intriguing, and engaging with a very soothing sound system. This transportation service is 10 out of 10, and worthy of a “5 Star General” ranking. He was there on time at airport for pickup which took all the stress of travel away from me. Darren was very personable and the vehicle was super clean and comfortable. AMAZING CAR SERVICE!! Connecting flight from Charlotte to Greensboro was cancelled, with no options (everything overbooked) and it being late at night. We were so impressed with our experience with Darren at LXURYDE. First of all, he arrived a few minutes early to pick us up so it gave us some time to spare and we didn't have to rush. Secondly, we didn't touch one of our bags, he loaded everything in the car for us. The car was immaculate inside, and he also came prepared with snacks and bottled water. He got us to our destination efficiently, sagely and with plenty of time to spare. And unfortunately, our return flight was delayed and customs was super busy, but Darren was the ultimate professional. He was super patient and right outside to pick us up as we exited the airport. He was great!!! Customer service was stellar! Please consider Darren for any and all of your transportation needs.
